We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our return process works.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- You contact us before returning the item.
- You pay for return shipping to our designated return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear or swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
- Any used or damaged items.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the item to.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping and any customs fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a faulty or wrong item, we will cover return shipping.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
